I am unable to export my resume to Word or via e-mail.

When I try to do it i get error 80004005 and My Documents folder
pops up and advises it is unable to open folder. I am running
windows xp and just purchased resume builder last month.

To convert a resume to Microsoft® Word, you must have pre-installed Word 97 or newer.
