I am receiving e-mails with MS Word attachments (Actual resumes) but the processor is not recognizing these as resumes. It is putting all e-mails into the inbox, whether they are resumes or not.

There are several reasons.

1) Letter is not recognized as resume.
2) You use Incoming Mail Filter or Inbox Filter (both from Resume Manager Server)
which determine letter as spam.
3) Pop3 account was configured with Errors (Project Manager in Resume Manager Client)
Pease check e-mail address on Project Manager. This e-mail should be the same as e-mail
on which you would like to receive letters.
