You should start creating a new resume and select English language for resume.

No. One resume is for each language.
You have to copy & paste your data from French to English resume.

Ok I start what you told me, but I can run only one session of Resume builder on win XP so how to copy paste? I need to use a third part application. If it's the only solution it's a bad point of your software

You can export resume to MS Word, HTML or Text format and copy data
to new resume. The next version of the Resume Builder 4.0 will allow to edit titles for resume sections.
