Project Submissions will display for a manager all candidates submitted by recruiters for all that manager's projects

Recruiters Work will display for a manager all recruiting activities for that manager

Pending Candidates will display for managers and recruiters all candidates with "pending" status

Notes is a user notepad.

Internal Messages will display for all users their new and old internal messages concerning a particular candidate.
