Each Resume Manager user must be connected to the Resume Manager database, remdb.
The utility does the same as do the steps 7 and 8 of the Resume Manager installation wizard.
Select Resume Manager Database Setup from the Start->Program->Resume Manager 2.0 menu.
Dialog box Options for MS SQL Server 2000 or MSDE 2000.
Security - type of authentification with Microsoft SQL Server 2000: SQL Server and Windows , Windows only.
SQL Server Authentication
Use SQL Server Authentication when connecting to the server.
Windows only
This option is recommended for the sake of security since users connecting through a Microsoft Windows NT 4.0,
Windows 2000 or Windows XP user account can make use of trusted connections. Trusted connections are those
validated by Windows NT 4.0 or Windows 2000.
Name of SQL Server: name of Microsoft SQL Server 2000 on which Resume Manager database was installed
Database: database name (remdb).
Login: specify the login you want to use for authenticating yourself when connecting to the server using SQL Server Authentication.
Password: specify the password you want to use for authenticating yourself when connecting to the server using SQL Server Authentication.
Timeout: maximum time to wait for the server’s response. We recommend 20-30 seconds.
