Resume Manager Server



Resume Manager Server (RMS) is part of the software Resume Manager. RMS carries out the following functions:
  • Receiving e-mails through protocol POP3
  • Detection of the resume in the accepted messages
  • Converting e-mail attachments into text files, to be parsed and stored in database
  • Resume Parsing: sophisticated comprehensive analysis of resume
  • Automatic answer to received resumes
  • Filtration of the accepted e-mails according to adjustments
  • Updating database upon receipt of new version of resume from existing candidate
  • Manual or automatic reparsing when participating tables are change
  • Access to the database is carried out through ADO.
  • Reporting errors in log folder, on the screen, and via e-mail to administrator
