Select a Project on the scroll down menu located under toolbar.
The industries assigned to this Project will appear on the Industry scroll down menu located next to the Project menu. After selecting one of the project's industries, available skills for this industry will be displayed.
Selecting the Group of Skills radio button will display the most useful skills, organized in groups.
You can navigate in a large skills list by pressing the first letter of desired skill on keyboard.
After selecting a skill you can assign to it
condition (required or desirable)
years of experience
number of years ago skill was last used (search will select only resumes with skills used in specified years' range)
Also you find results for resumes received within a specified date range.
Select as many skills as you need, changing Industry to bring up corresponding skills.
