Improved installation procedure. Install database and setup connection can be created from Setup procedure.
Improved database setup connection application to Resume Manager Client and Server. Used Windows or (and) MS SQL Server authentification.

Fixed import resume bug. Resume Manager Client now uses import resume files from word and html formats. (Client Part).
